(250Hz-1.5kHz) - Most instruments sit in the mid-range frequencies, including guitars, pianos, and vocals. You'll find bass and kick in this frequency range, as well as the lower frequencies in guitars, vocals, synths, and keyboards. (60-250Hz) - These are the low frequencies that provide fullness and warmth in a mix. You need a decent pair of headphones or a subwoofer to hear these frequencies.
